  3. Client to deliver brand guidelines or brand book for guidance on message/voice and content
  4. Begin mapping out the desired marketing plan, with the creation of a content calendar, brainstorming content ideas, and begin scheduling posts for accounts
  5. Client feedback and consistent communication on social media content, schedule
  6. (Optional) contract photographer to visit events and shoot content for social pages
  7. Once client is comfortable, continue day-to-day management of social accounts with regular weekly catch ups for reviewing and reporting of post engagement

 

EMAIL MARKETING

  1. Initial meeting getting to know the business inside and out
  2. View past email send outs, reporting, and conduct audit of email marketing strategy
  3. Client to deliver brand guidelines or brand book for guidance on message/voice and content
  4. Begin mapping out the desired email marketing plan, with the creation of a email marketing calendar, brainstorming content ideas
  5. Build and manage email send out 
  6. Report and review on send outs

 

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

  1. Initial meeting getting to know the business inside and out
  2. View content on website and make suggestions 
  3. Client to deliver brand guidelines or brand book for guidance on message/voice and content
  4. Management of Wordpress or Squarespace backend, adding, editing, and managing content delivery to website
  5. Develop content calendar and maintain consistency across all online channels (website, email, and social media)
  6. Content creation and brainstorm ideas for ongoing website blog/news updates

 

MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT

  1. Initial meeting getting to know the business inside and out
  2. Client to deliver brand guidelines or brand book for guidance on message/voice and content and desired App look and feel
  3. (Optional) contract designer to work on design pieces for App
  4. Map out the content, menu items, user rewards, and navigation
  5. Regular revisions until client is happy
  6. Purchase Apple / Android App Developer account and submit through the Apple iTunes store and Android Google Play store
  7. Map out marketing plan for promotion on social media, email and website to encourage people to download
